People's magazine say there were reports about Kim's delivery. It was dramatic, the baby arrived roughly three weeks early.Some reports say 5 weeks early though. Kim tweeted pictures of her swollen feet, and people say there were complications.
The Kardashian's support Kim at the final weeks of her pregnancy, and sources say she suffered from swelling of the body, which could have been caused by high blood pressure in pregnancy, known as preeclampsia. Kanye was there at the hospital when she had to be delivered of the baby early. The baby looked a lot like Kim, mother and child are doing very well.
